Job Description:

UF Information Technology (UFIT) is currently seeking an experienced OnBase Administrator to join Applications, Development, and Integrations (ADI), a unit within UFIT.  ADI maintains and operates the software that powers UF’s enterprise-wide computer systems creating the technological foundation for the campus’ academic and administrative business functions.

This position is instrumental in the design, development, and support of electronic document management solutions for 16 colleges and multiple administrative areas across campus and the state – potentially impacting 70,000+ customers daily. Our deployed solutions utilize e-forms, workflow, case management, reporting analytics, and electronic signatures to increase efficiency and streamline business processes.  As an integral member of the Enterprise Document Management team, the incumbent must demonstrate a high-level of technical and analytical expertise, business acumen, communication skills, creativity, and teamwork.

Some key responsibilities and characteristics of this position are to:

  • Work independently or collaboratively to analyze, design, build, test, deploy, and maintain complex solutions – using Hyland OnBase and DocuSign – that are delivered on time and within budget. Identify solution and testing requirements, document new and existing business processes, develop batch and real-time integrations, and provide end-user training. 
  • Administer, configure, secure, and troubleshoot OnBase and DocuSign.  Provide prompt and courteous customer support for deployed solutions, including intake, triage, and resolution of support tickets. Follow established procedures to ensure that systems, products, and services meet quality and organizational standards. Mentor, support, and train other team members as needed.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including requirements and design specifications, testing checklists, process flows, workflow diagrams, etc.

Benefits

Full-time TEAMS employees will accrue vacation leave at a rate of 6.769 hours biweekly/22 days annually and sick leave at a rate of 4 hours biweekly/13 days annually.  In addition, employees are eligible for ten paid holidays each year.

Vacation accruing TEAMS employees are eligible for four personal leave days/32 hours per year, assuming full-time status, and are intended to give the flexibility to enable units to close from December 26 to 31 when possible, determined on a unit-by-unit basis.

Expected Salary:

$65,000 – $75,000; commensurate based on education and experience. 

Minimum Requirements:

Associate’s degree and two years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following education, experience, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, or similar field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Hyland OnBase administration, customer support, solution design, and development (including Unity forms and workflow); business process requirements elicitation; and technical systems documentation
  • 1+ year of experience in OnBase WorkView, Unity Scripts, and software development
  • Strong IT analytical, design, and testing skills

Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision

  • This position requires fingerprinting and successful completion of the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) course and exam immediately after start date.
  • This role will be based in one of our Gainesville, Florida offices and may include a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office (Wednesday required), and 2 days remote.
