Reports to: Manager, Program Implementation
Purpose: This position entails both hands-on activities as well as supervisory activities. The job holder will supervise the program implementation activities of all running programs. In addition, she/he will recruit, hire, and train the facilitators who will be handling live-online and/or face-to-face sessions to ensure the Programs’ successful implementation.
