TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow Up customer requests after offer is made through our reservation system

Be responsible for all monthly allotment bookings

Ensure booking updates are entered correctly in our system

coordinate shipments with our compliance department

Independently prepare reservations for small cargo

Inform our customers about flight updates, changes and cancellation

Perform as first contact person for our customers

Work closely with colleagues from different departments to meet customer needs

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
Secondary technical education or accomplished apprenticeship with focus on logistics or any other relevant field

5 years experience on a related field or position is mandatory

Strong written and oral communication skills in German and English

Feeling comfortable to work in a team as well as autonomously

Ability to plan and prioritize work

Proficiency in MS Office
