  • Make sure the Vienna office is a welcoming space for our employees by taking care of the snacks and drinks stock and ensuring the office is in a good condition
  • Take care of the mail and deliveries that arrive to the office and if required, forward it to the relevant teams in the company
  • Manage and communicate all relevant maintenances in the office
  • Organise monthly social events for the Vienna team
  • Support the HR team with the realisation of office initiatives
  • Manage all HR related documents which concern Vienna byrdies
  • Be the first point of contact for Vienna byrdies in terms of HR requests
  • Lead the training budget project within the HR team
  • Work closely with our HR team on ad hoc projects or topics

  • Fluency in the German language and good English skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Quick learning skills and a hands-on mentality
