Hiring Unit:
Systems, Projects, and Class Scheduling
 

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the incumbent may perform some or all of the listed general administration functions. These duties are of moderate complexity and the incumbent performs them using established instructions.

Main responsibilities:

  • Enter and verify data in Banner, Minerva and Scheduling software
  • Verify and update data in Excel
  • Search Banner for space availability
  • Update documentation

The list of functions described above is representative and not a complete and detailed list of tasks that can be performed by an incumbent. For example, incumbents may be required to perform certain elements of the Office Companion “A” level tasks in addition to the duties listed above.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities:

Comfortable with Excel. Comfortable with using different software. Must respect confidentiality and personal information. Fluency in English.

Minimum Education and Experience:

High School Diploma 1 Year Related Experience

Hourly Salary:

(AMUSE B) $15.53

Estimated Number of Work Hours per Week:
