| Summary of Position | This is a part-time, adjunct (non-benefits) position that requires afternoon/early evening shifts accumulating up to 25 hours per week. The successful candidate for this position will be allowed to work remotely/from home. NO WEEKEND HOURS required. Enrollment Coordinators in the OEC provide essential information, answer questions, advise, and provide problem resolution for alumni, current and potential students, and parents/families. The Outreach Enrollment Center (OEC) is a centralized call center supporting 6 USNH colleges and 7 CCSNH colleges. All positions are remote. The mission of the OEC is to drive enrollment growth and support student retention by providing student/alumni outreach services. The OEC serves as the virtual service center for campaigns by providing best-in-class telephone, email, online, and outreach student-centric services in all phases of the student life cycle. |

| Required Qualifications | High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of customer service experience. Experience working in a call center environment; Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines; Quality customer service skills; Experience exercising sound professional judgment, particularly in areas that require sensitivity, confidentiality, and discretion; Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications; Excellent written, verbal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. |
| Preferred Qualifications | Knowledge of 2- and 4-year higher education including all phases of the student life cycle. Experience with Salesforce. |
