| Job Summary | This position will provide the necessary guidance, coaching, education and expertise to nursing staff in 9MICU so that there will be better recognition and response to patient care issues, improved quality of care within the patient specific population, and improved education and retention of novice nursing staff. The CNE’s primary responsibility is to help new staff in their adjustment to the MICU, trouble shoot problems, help the new graduate nurse evolve in their role as RN and develop their critical thinking. The CNE has direct link to the Patient Care Manager and reports directly to him/her |
