Could you be the full-time Non-Conformity Cell Quality Technician (f/m/d) in Vienna we’re looking for?Your Future RoleFrom Vienna to the world: our Viennese site is a global competence center for trams and light rail vehicles. 800 colleagues develop and manufacture the Flexity(tm) tram for worldwide customers from Austria to Australia. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. You’ll report to WRBA Bianca, Site Supply Chain Director and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.We’ll look for you to:
- Handle non-compliant materials during production and ensure adherence to quality control standards
- Accurately process data using AOS and GSI for defect reporting and resolution
- Execute block posting and initiate replacement deliveries, as well as create purchase requisitions for repair materials or replacement purchase orders
- Monitor and control repair activities, participate in root cause analysis, and initiate corrective measures
- Conduct inventory monitoring of blocked stock and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction

- Familiarity with SAP software,
