We are seeking a part-time candidate with excellence in the area of Guest Services to fill the Night Audit shift both mid-week and on weekends.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Provide a warm, engaging and personalized experience for our guests

  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely manner

  • Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers

  • Audit all in house guests’ portfolios for completeness and accuracy

  • Report hotel financial records and create reports in accordance with the Carmens Group accounting team

  • Roll front desk computers to next business day

  • Manage and resolve all guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner

  • Use persuasive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services available at the Hotel

  • Exercise good judgment and demonstrate leadership abilities

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Guest Services Agent or Night Auditor 

  • Friendly, professional and customer service focused

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Smart Serve Certification required

  • Availability to work 11:00pm until 7:00am both mid-week and on weekends

  • High School Diploma required, completion of college or university program in hospitality management is considered an asset

  • Experience using Hotel PMS software considered an asset
