  • To learn the IRC safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Review and understand the implementation of local safeguarding standard operating procedures (SOP). 
  • To learn and assist the safeguarding Manager with tasks such as raising the PR, filling out the training attendance sheet, booking a meeting room, and tracking training participants.
  • Assist the Safeguarding Manager with the coordination and dissemination of IEC (flyers, booklets, calendars, etc.) materials across the mission.
  • To be engaged in safeguarding training planning and facilitation to learn practically.
  • Perform all other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fresh university graduate
  • To have high interest for learning in a multi-cultural environment.
  • To be punctual and on time
  • Able to speak and write English
  • Fluency in local languages (Dari & Pashto)
  • To have basic knowledge of computer skill
