- Administrative Support to Nutrition Team:
- Assist the nutrition team and project assistant in preparing procurement plans
- Coordinate with the field team to collect their need for procurement of stationery, equipment, and so on, and compile them for approval and further processing.
- Maintain and update the team’s records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage Nutrition Supply
- Monitor and maintain the inventory of nutrition supplies, including ordering, receiving, and distributing as needed.
- Coordinate with health facilities staff to ensure timely availability of necessary supplies.
- Identify and report any supply chain issues or shortages to the Nutrition Manager.
- Provide Supportive Supervision:
- Assist in the supervision and mentoring of nutrition field staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor the performance of nutrition field staff and provide feedback to the Nutrition Manager.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with the Nutrition Manager to address them.
- Any other relevant tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in nutrition, public health, nursing, MD, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or nutrition sector.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Nutrition team and other stakeholders.
