Job Overview: The program Finance Assistant is responsible for financial support to the IRC Richmond program team, focusing largely on client payments and tracking, p-card reconciliation, and essential accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable support, report reconciliation, month-end, and adjusting journal entries. The program Finance Assistant reports to the Finance Coordinator and is a member of the four-person finance department.

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business, accounting or finance preferred. Professional experience in lieu of education will be considered.
Work Experience: Relevant professional experience in finance and accounting required; minimum of 2 years’ experience strongly preferred.
