We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team, where you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this position, you will analyze complex datasets, extract valuable insights, and present your findings in a way that is understandable and actionable for our stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into analytics requirements. As our Data Analyst, you will investigate trends and patterns within our data, helping us to uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency. Your expertise in statistical analysis and data visualization will enable you to transform raw data into meaningful reports and dashboards. We are looking for someone who is not only proficient in data manipulation and analysis but also possesses the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences. A keen analytical mind, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for data are essential. Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify data needs and reporting requirements.
  • Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Continuously monitor and improve data collection and analysis processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex information to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
