NEW Campaigner and Legal researcher for South Asia Junior level – Junior Regulatory Institute Closing 30th of November Remote | Asia and the Pacific: India

Regulatory Institute

The Regulatory Institute seeks candidates to fulfil the freelance role of Regulations Campaigner and Legal Researcher for South Asia. Regulation we see today is of poor quality when compared to how good it could be if the best regulatory techniques of all jurisdictions and for all topics had been in the law-makersʼ toolbox. For reasons such as poor training, insufficient funding, limited human resources and simply having a big agenda, law-makers today do not have a well-equipped toolbox. This is why the Regulatory Institute exists because we believe that regulation worldwide can be easily improved.

  • Research good examples of regulation in the region to extend the Regulatory Institute’s inventory of regulation.
