Job IntroductionFrequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.Key Tasks

• Familiarisation with Frequentis’ business and building a strong internal and external network
• Carrying out market analyses to identify new business opportunities
• Developing suitable strategies in cooperation with the subsidiaries to further develop the Public Safety division
• Acquiring new partners, for example through targeted measures such as trade fair visits
• Maintaining existing partnerships and supporting projects as a sparring partner
• Optimisation and expansion of the reselling business to increase the company’s success

Key Qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional experience as a New Business Development Manager or in a similar position
• Experience with government projects required
• Entrepreneurial mindset to be able to empathise with the person opposite and the products
• Confident, empathetic personality with a hands-on mentality
• Understanding of software-centric systems, virtualisation and cloud would be a plus
• Very good knowledge of English; knowledge of German and Spanish is an advantage
• Willingness to travel around 25% of the time and intercultural competence
