• Design, implementation, and management of secure on-premise network infrastructures
• Configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of firewalls, VPNs, and other network security measures
• Ensuring network availability, performance, and scalability through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting
• Supporting security operations by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cybersecurity threats
• Implementation of best practices in IT security, including vulnerability management and incident response
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards

The requirements are:

• Sound technical education or relevant work experience
• Good understanding of network protocols
• Hands-on experience with routing and switching
• Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols
• Experience with network monitoring & troubleshooting tools
• Experience or a keen interest in security operations is considered beneficial.
• Interest in new technologies and challenges
• English language skills, written and spoken
• Willingness to travel (up to 15%)
