- Description
- NEPA Planner to work under supervision of Senior NEPA Planner. The Planner will prepare environmental assessments and other environmental compliance documents, conduct public scoping meetings, edit technical documents and work with an interdisciplinary team of biologists, cultural resources staff and environmental scientists The clients include federal, tribal, state and private sector entities. Most projects are located in the southwest and intermountain areas.
- Qualifications
- The NEPA Planner will have a degree in environmental science, biology, natural resources or related field. A graduate degree is desirable. At least one year of substantial experience with NEPA is required. GIS skills are required. The Planner should have excellent writing skills. Ability to work well with others as a member of a team.
