| Preferred Qualifications | Experience with the Navigate platform; familiarity with UNT policies, procedures, and student success initiatives such as advising and other student service offices; designing creative marketing pieces through Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with other higher education technology such as Canvas, Peoplesoft, U.Achieve |

Job Duties
| o | Assist with the implementation, communication, coordination, evaluation of the EAB Navigate platform |

| o | Manage the Navigate Student (Milestone Guidance) partnership including promotion and marketing at events such as orientation and First Flight, content creation, and student troubleshooting |
|---|
| o | Host live trainings and develop training materials based on user request |
|---|
| o | Develop and maintain a communications plan for the Navigate project including website updates, Navigate newsletters, and other forms of communication |
|---|
| o | Serve as a consultant for end-users for platform requests, best practices, and troubleshooting, escalating to project owner or EAB when appropriate |
|---|
| o | Consult with project owner, user data, and campus leadership to inform Navigate strategy on UNT’s campus |
|---|
| o | Evaluate and assess student data to make recommendations on student success strategy at UNT |
|---|
| o | Perform basic site maintenance such as access requests, user audits, and other security permissions to ensure compliance |

| o | May help with student success initiatives related to Navigate or the Division of Planning |
