Contract manufacturer and packager of branded and private label beverage products.Responsibilities:Responsible for developing new and existing sales of private label and co-manufacturing services to beverage manufacturers, addressing all the details of bringing a new project online. Nurture customer relationships, account direction and management. Manage day-to-day relationships, with an understanding of customer goals and long-term business strategies. Collaboratively work with the executive team to profitably grow company revenues. Manage the internal communication plan, monthly reporting and sales activity tracking.Qualifications:BS/BA.5+ years of business development experience working with food and beverage manufacturers in selling contract manufacturing and/or private label and packaging services.Understanding of packaging and the details of bringing a new project online.Strong sales and process driven with an understanding the need for accountability, reporting, and communicating internally.

Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of an organization.Proficient in Microsoft office, data analysis, forecasting and sales performance metrics.Proven experience and ability to display a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolutions to high impact, complex, and/or cross-functional opportunities.Travel: 30%.Salary Range: $120-150K + Bonus based on KPIs / company performance.
