The Complexity Science Hub supports postdoctoral fellows who want to develop their independent research programs and build essential professional skills. We host postdocs seeking leadership positions in academia, government/policy, and industry research. We welcome inquiries from MSCA applicants who are looking for a unique transdisciplinary research community that is eager to address the critical challenges facing society and the planet using the quantitative approaches of complexity science.Postdoctoral training at Complexity Science Hub will enable MSCA fellows to

• develop an ambitious research program that leverages complexity science and unique datasets to address important technical and topical questions
• strategically apply their deep domain expertise to transdisciplinary projects and collaborations
• expand their professional network and their visibility in the global scientific community
• build leadership capacity across a variety of professional competencies tailored to their goals
• ensure long-term integrity of research products for the benefit of scientific progress

Upon completing their postdoctoral training at Complexity Science Hub, MSCA fellows will

• have established their scientific identity and built a research program that will allow them to become independent researchers in academic, government, or industry
• belong to a lifelong global community of researchers who will play key roles advancing complexity science
• catalyze impact through continued research advances and through educating and training future generations of complex systems scientists
