This year marks Advisors Mortgage Group’s 17th year in business. We are a growing multi-state mortgage banker with multiple offices located throughout the US in need of a full time underwriter. Great company culture with a casual and fun atmosphere where loans get processed, underwritten, and closed quickly and seamlessly. Direct ‘full eagle ” FHA, USDA, and VA underwriting. Fannie/Freddie Direct Seller/Servicer.Smooth processing and easy closings makes a happy customer that wants to refer us business.
Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and effectively underwrite a pipeline of loans on a daily basis consisting of government and conventional loans.

• Communicate effectively with processors and loan officers.

Requirements

• 3 years experience underwriting Goverment or Conventional Loans

• FHA DE, USDA and/or VA automatic a plus * Knowledge of DO, LP and other automated underwriting systems

• Experience working with multiple branch locations a plus * Positive attitude, proactive, and a team player are a must
