MIT POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP IN PSYCHOLOGY, MIT Medical-MIT Student Mental Health and Counseling Services (SMH&C), to assume a position in clinical psychology for the 2023-2024 academic year. The fellowship aims to facilitate growth in the areas of individual and group psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluation, risk assessment, community outreach, and interdisciplinary collaboration in a college mental health setting. Fellows receive three hours per week of individual supervision. All training activities reflect a commitment to building multicultural competence and promoting equity and social justice.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED: completion of a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical or counseling psychology at an APA-accredited doctoral program, and completion of an APA-accredited internship in clinical or counseling psychology. PREFERRED: experience in college or community mental health settings and in acute psychiatric settings (e.g., inpatient, partial hospital). Job #21902
Fellows will earn a stipend of $50K, along with a full benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, paid vacation time, and support with conference expenses.
