Aerotek is Hiring Millwrights in Delta!

Day shift, $45.77/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking energetic team players to join our Maintenance Team. In addition to maintaining equipment in a fast paced Veneer Drying Facility, you will focus on continuous improvement to maximize production and quality. Manufacture veneer products, comes over from the island as sheets, and is sent to this facility to be dried. Product is moving through conveyors, going through dryers, stacked, graded and shipped out the door.

MUST HAVES

• Red seal Millwright

• 5 years experience as a Millwright (Looking for candidates on the greener side without tons of experience so they can shape them)

• 5 years experience in an industrial manufacturing facility

• Experience maintaining equipment: dryers, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, pneumatic systems

• Must have their own tools Tool list in attachments

• Must be open and excited about working overtime

• Must be flexible – they could be sweeping floors one day, helping mechanical the next day, and troubleshooting the next day

• Can be doing any number of things as far as maintenance is concerned

• Benefits package: $350/2 years for STWB or $175/year (only when perm)

SHIFTS:

-4 on 4 off

-42 hours (averaging agreement)

-Mon – Fri 6:30am – pm

-3pm – 11:30pm is the afternoon shift

-Stats are expected to work unless they book them off. Christmas is the only day off

-Could change to 12 hr shift down the road

-Must be flexible on shift times
