Position Description:
Purpose
Perform the day-to-day administrative, logistical, and enrollment activities of the All of Us Research Program at multiple Froedtert clinics and community sites in the Greater Milwaukee area and surrounding communities (travel required). Provide support to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program’s goals.
Hybrid Work Schedule: Mostly onsite, with a potential to be Hybrid, 1 day a week.

Position Requirements:
Knowledge – Skills – Abilities
Knowledge – knowledge of biology, chemistry, customer service standards, basic research procedures, documentation, and records management; understanding of the social and biological determinants of health; familiar with the cultural norms of diverse Milwaukee communities
Skills – excellent oral and written communication skills; Motivational Interviewing (MI) training and sales experience; computer proficiency across multiple platforms; phlebotomy, safe specimen processing, and data collection
Abilities – complex problem solving, critical thinking, process improvement, resource management, organization, and attention to detail
Specifications
Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on equivalent basis
Minimum Required Education: Associate Degree
Minimum Required Experience: 1 year; phlebotomy
Preferred Education: Licensed Practical Nurse or bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., Public and Community Health, Nursing, Healthcare, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Biology)
Preferred Experience: Multi-site clinical studies; research protocols
Field: Human Subjects Research
Certification: CITI training within 90 days of hire
Physical Requirements
Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously.
Risk Potential
Some exposure to hazards such as dust, fumes, or extreme temperatures, airborne or bloodborne pathogens, or allergens.
Sensory Acuity
Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
Work Environment
Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment.
