With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a dynamic Associate Medical Affairs Director at the EMEA level with a strong focus on the DACH and south-western Europe regions.As an Associate Medical Affairs Director for the EMEA region, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the mission to revolutionize cancer care. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams, to provide medical-scientific input across the region.If you are a driven individual wanting to accelerate your career in medical affairs, please read further:Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic input into the development and execution of medical affairs plans for assigned product.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical societies, and healthcare professionals to gather insights and support the adoption of our medical devices.
  • Contribute to the development of scientific publications, educational materials, and presentations to support product launches and ongoing medical education initiatives.
  • Act as a medical resource for internal stakeholders, including Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, and Market Access teams, to ensure alignment with medical strategies and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in oncology research, competitive landscape, and healthcare policies to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree or PhD, with specialization in oncology preferred.
  • >2 years of experience in medical affairs or related functions within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of oncology therapeutic areas and familiarity with medical device regulations and guidelines beneficial.
  • Ability to collaborate with KOLs, clinical investigators, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex scientific information for diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in English and German required, additional proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 3-4 days per week.
