In support of our existing team, we are currently looking for:Medical Advisor Oncology (m/f/d)ResponsibilitiesActing as a valued co-strategist on cross-functional country teams with Marketing, Market Access, Policy and other relevant internal stakeholdersBuilding trust with the external scientific community via peer-to-peer medical and scientific information exchange with scientific leaders on the leading edge of therapeutic and patient care advancesTranslating the Global Medical goals and strategies into research, data analysis, scientific communication, medical education, and other tactics and solutionsConsolidating actionable medical insights from the country that can help inform company strategiesHolding primary responsibility within the country for the development and execution of the Medical Affairs PlanTranslate the Global Medical Goals and Strategies into research, data analysis, scientific communication, educational, and other tactics and solutions that improve patient outcomes and enhance access in their countryAct with ethics & integrity; provide non-promotional, balanced, reliable and scientific information, follow strictly company standards and local regulationsCommunicate both scientific and business needs credibly, appropriately and effectively across a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levelsProvide therapeutic/functional training to assigned teams and affiliate functionsDevelop and execute country medical education programs and symposiaEstablishes and executes applicable PLPA (pre-license patient access) programs on SL requestCollaborate in the successful management of asset safety or quality issuesProvide prompt medical information support, such as research and answering of medical inquired from external and internal customers, and review/approval of local response documentsQualificationsEducation:MD, PhD in a life science or Pharmacist degree is required; recognized expertise through 2-3 yrsSkills Required:Strategic thinking, specifically related to asset value proposition, and clinical and value evidenceDeveloping a network of scientific leaders and successful interactions with other key stakeholders (public groups, government officials, medical professional organizations) in therapy areas

Proven ability to effectively communicate information at country management level, with public groups and to scientific leadersExcellent interpersonal, analytical, communication (written as well as oral) and results oriented project management skillsStrong prioritization skills and ability to understand how decisions fit into the broader context of corporate strategiesStrong, confident and engaging presentations skills
