Job Summary The position of Mechanical Services Technician is supervised by the Mechanical Services Shop Leader. The position requires the performance of a wide variety of mechanical repairs and installations of heating and plumbing systems and other related maintenance activities.
Education/Skills Requirements Licensed Plumber/Gas/Oil Tech preferred. 
High School Diploma, plus a minimum of one year of vocational or trades training, required. 
Certificates of completion of subjects or license as applicable. Must have valid state of ME class C driver’s license.
Experience Requirements and/or Equivalents Minimum of 3 – 5 years work experience directly related to heating and plumbing systems maintenance, repair and installation.
Standard Work Days and Hours The Mechanical Service technician is expected to work a 40 hour week which may include weekends and overtime. Must be able to respond 24 hours a day.
