MATERIAL HANDLER JOB OPENING!

Calling all Job Seekers in ETOBICOKE, ONTARIO! My client is looking for 3 MATERIAL HANDLER S to join their team!

Job Title: MATERIAL HANDLER

Job Duties: Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Material Handler will be responsible for the movement of material to, from and within the production floor.

• Ensuring that all paperwork and BPCS transactions are completed accurately.

• Receiving shipments of goods from suppliers.

• Transferring materials from warehouse to production floor and vice versa.

• Accurately preparing shipping documentation.

• Accurately entering inventory transactions associated with the above activities into BPCS.

• General duties including production housekeeping, cycle counting, and physical inventory counts

• Driving the Counterbalance and Raymond Reach

• Carrying reels to your WorkCentre’s

• retrieving supplies from the racks

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. 3+ years of forklift experience in a manufacturing environment

2. Experience operating the counterbalance, and raymond reach forklift

3. External OR In-House forklift license

Location: Etobicoke, Ontario

Shift:

• 1 days and 2 night shift opening

• Days: 7AM-3PM and Nights: 11PM-7AM

CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON THE DAY SHIFT FOR A FEW WEEKS IF NECESSARY BEFORE MOVING TO THE NIGHT SHIFT

Pay:

• $21.18/hr. Once fully trained and qualified they will receive $21.98/hr

• Night Shift Premium: $0.70/hr

• OT after 40 hours (8 hour shifts)
