From toys to t-shirts, console games, books, and more, our team brings our beloved brands and franchises into the lives of families through products and experiences that can be found worldwide, such as the Disney Store e-commerce platform, Disney Parks, local and international retailers, and Disney Store locations around the world.As a Marketing Strategy Associate with the DCP Marketing Team, you will help develop the go-to-market strategies and execution of communication plans for the Lucasfilm brand. You’ll partner with internal Cast Members and external agencies across marketing strategy, creative advertising, PR and communications, customer engagement, and franchise/commercial teams. You will be responsible for providing input, building, shaping, and guiding integrated communication plans, and monitoring and analyzing campaign performance as part of a dynamic marketing team.You will report to the VP- Franchise DevelopmentThis is a Full-Time roleWhat You Will DoAchieve annual results by working with management to develop and support marketing programs that incorporate strategy, critical thinking, analytics, and innovationSupport brand growth through communication planning, channel strategies, and brand managementHelp develop integrated marketing and sales communication by working with cross-functional teamsAnalyze data to identify marketing strategies, conclusions and business opportunitiesMaintain a high-level understanding of marketing trends in the consumer products spaceUse consumer insights and research to provide relevant input to partners across the entire marketing organizationSupport marketing activities, in partnership with sales, in-house creative agency, public relations, promotions, broadcast, media, and digital teams, to achieve seamless execution of marketing communication plansProvide overall creative feedback on marketing tactics and programs

Develop and deliver presentations for partners and senior managementShare updates with leadership to ensure all programs and plans have buy-offs by leaders and partnersRequired Qualifications & Skills1+ years of consumer marketing experience in branding, category licensing, franchise, or other related fieldMedia planning and social media skillsExperience framing up a verbal or written POV to influence leaders, partners, and peersExperience managing a portfolio of tactical programs, marketing and sales strategies, details, and budgetsExperience developing positive relationships in and out of marketing and working with diverse teams in an inclusive environment.Demonstrated analytical skills to analyze the performance of marketing tactics and business resultsGoal orientation with the ability to react quickly to changing business needs, remaining forward-thinking and flexibleExperience using Keynote, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelPreferred QualificationsPreferred experience in Marketing Strategy, Consumer Package Goods Brand Management, Advertising Account Management, Business/Program ManagementStrong knowledge of the Star Wars franchiseEducationBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent experienceAdditional InformationDisney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
