If so, we would like to hear from you!As a Marketing Strategist for our Enterprise team at Smithville Communications, you’ll be at the forefront of driving high-impact strategies that attract top-tier customers and fuel significant revenue growth. Your role will involve crafting and executing dynamic digital campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams, and designing personalized omnichannel experiences that resonate with our audience. You’ll also lead the charge in creating a robust testing framework to continuously enhance campaign performance. In collaboration with marketing operations, you’ll ensure that every initiative is data-driven, budget-optimized, and designed for maximum engagement and conversions
Duties and Responsibilities
– Develop and optimize growth marketing strategies to achieve customer acquisition and sales goals (35%).
– Drive targeted demand efforts for various revenue segments through omnichannel
personalized marketing experiences (20%).
– Manage digital campaigns from strategy to execution, improving conversion rates (5%).
– Implement a testing framework to enhance performance across channels and vendors (5%).
– Partner with marketing operations to report on campaign effectiveness and ensure results (5%).
– Strategize with digital marketing operations to optimize campaign budgets and engagement (5%).
– Undertake special projects such as developing annual marketing strategies and plans (5%).Decision-Making Responsibilities
– Selecting and timing marketing tactics.
– Planning market strategies for new products and services.
– Collaborating with teammates and engaging stakeholders.
– Managing the marketing budget and allocating resources.Success in this role will be measured by:

– Campaign effectivenessYour Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree required; Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or
Business-related field preferred
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role
– Computer proficiency; experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook), and Google Analytics
– Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully achieve goals and
objectives
– Experience planning and scheduling marketing activities to support revenue objectives
– Excellent project management skills; ability to work to deadlines for both short-term and
year-long projects
– Ability to execute, measure and report results, and adjust activities to achieve continuous
improvement
– Excellent B2C Marketing skills; selling and communication, listening and negotiation, time
management
