Your mission

• Developing and co-creating a marketing strategy for the business that is aligned with our Mondi Group priorities and commercial objectives
• Implementing the strategic plan through initiatives that drive lead generation through great user experience across our on/offline marketing channels
• Developing and delivering events and materials that support the customer journey, from webinars and customer events to sales tools and web presence
• Contributing to our market strategy through product launches and training relevant colleagues
• Partnering with agencies to create award winning campaigns
• Collaborating with colleagues across our international Group on a wide range of projects, including content planning, marketing automation, leadership events andknowledge exchange
• Leading and working closely with our regional marketing managers to identify and leverage cross regional target and project synergies
• Tracking audience-centric KPIs aligned to business goals

Your profile

• Experience in B2B marketing, knowledge of sustainable packaging, eCommerce, manufacturing or FMCG sectors are an advantage but not essential
• Experience with digitally orientated customer communication
• A passion for sustainability and ability to communicate complex topics in an engaging way
• Critical thinker with proven ability to understand industry concepts and transform them into marketing initiatives with a customer focus
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented context
• At ease with working with people from different cultural backgrounds
• Native fluency in English, any other European language is an asset
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing, communication or sales function
• Excellence project management and organisational skills
• Focus on flexibility, creativity and speed

Our offer

• Extent: full-time, 38 hours per week
• Location: Group office Vienna, Marxergasse 4a, 1030 Vienna –
• We offer a compensation starting at € 50.000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
