Position Title: Marketing ManagerWage: $75,000 – $90,000/yearWe are seeking a Marketing Manager for our client in Libertyville, IL to support and drive the company’s continued growth. This role involves managing all aspects of marketing. Apply now!Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
– Leading new product launches, events and trade shows
– Creating and managing content for websites, social media and advertising campaigns
– Overseeing the development of marketing collateral for sales meetings and industry events
– Developing annual and long-term marketing plans
– Monitoring and refining marketing initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement
– Establishing and managing marketing budgets and expenses
– Negotiating partner agreements with dealers and managing advertisements and collateral production deadlines
– Analyzing market trends, benchmarking competitors, and identifying areas for growthRequirements for Marketing Manager:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field (Master’s degree in Business or related subject is a plus)
– At least 7 years of experience in marketing roles, with a minimum of 2 years managing direct reports
– Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
