Job Description:JOB SUMMARYThe Media Marketing manager will play a critical role on the Acquisition team. This individual will be responsible for Media project management across 3 agencies to ensure delivery of cross-channel plans, the end-to-end customer experience and delivering on key strategic partnerships for H&R Block.JOB DUTIES

• Act as central point of contact for Media project management across 3 agencies to ensure plans are coordinated
• Lead partnership with multiple internal teams to ensure E2E customer journeys maximize the experience drive greater business performance (returns)
• Manage accurate and timely processing of invoices across over 50+ media partners
• Project management support for forecasting and reporting processes coordinating across Marketing, Analytics and Finance to ensure the process runs smoothly to deliver on our goals
• Lead and execute on strategic partnership plans and strategy as we plan for TS26 coordinating across the marketing organization and line of business colleague

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 4+ years in a project management role or agency client relationship role
• Proven organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to established timeframes
• Ability to balance short and long-term priorities
• Experience managing agency and vendors
• Outstanding communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Budget management experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with Fintech and Financial Services Marketing strategies
• Experience in performance marketing with specific experience in forecasting and reporting at a channel level
• Proven track record of leading external partner relationships
