Job Description:

The Custom IC Verification product marketing team is looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our expanding Marketing Programs team. In this role, you will work with various teams to perform marketing duties in support of product marketing, market research, internet-related marketing, and advertising. You will work with product managers to create compelling content for both an internal and external audience. You will facilitate submissions and audit/analyze performance of content through analytics. You will help write/create promotional materials and coordinate submission across social media channels. You will create and maintain a YouTube channel to amplify our products and messaging. You will assist with the planning for customer seminars, user conferences, trade show, special events and online campaigns. Finally, you will host online events and attend trade shows and industry-related events in support of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Website Management

• Manage resources on Siemens EDA website

• Upload new/updated files (from Highspot CMS)

• Enter/update resource info in Contentful CMS

• Submit and track Jira publish requests

• Manage image requests for Siemens EDA website

• request media assets (images) in applicable formats

• Track and maintain list of external images used

• add images to EDA website media in Contentful CMS

• Update page content on Siemens EDA website

• SEO Reporting and Optimizing

• Technical Content Management

• Maintain list of available tech paper content and serve as point of contact for promotions/translations requests

• Maintain/distribute list of conference Call For Papers dates

• Maintain list of available videos and serve as point of contact for inquiries

Data Management

• Work within corporate systems to pull data reports for web traffic

• Work within corporate systems to pull SEO data

• Work within corporate systems to upload event contacts into EMA

Event Support

· Work with shipping and receiving for booth/event materials

YouTube Site Creation and Management

• Review and document Calibre channel best practices

• Present to Mary

• Define/document steps to create a YouTube channel

• Create template of required fields to setup channel

• Review content with Mary

• Create YouTube Channel (development for review)

• Circulate and collect feedback

• Implement feedback and publish channel

• Work with Mary and PM team to create content creation schedule/plan

• Manage creation and collection of content from PMs

• Publish content

• Promote content

• Capture and report metrics

Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience editing/updating corporate web content

• Ability to juggle numerous projects at the same time

• Analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to keep details organized across multiple projects and teams

• Exceptional written and oral communications skills

• Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, statistical analysis

• Experience with CMS systems and cloud/corporate data storage is beneficial

• Passionate, flexible, driven, and dependable

Education and Experience Required

· BA or BS in related field or applicable experience

· Experience supporting marketing teams

· Experience working with web-based systems
