We are seeking a driven and organized Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing efforts and take our brand to the next level. Reporting daily to the COO, you will oversee all marketing initiatives, with a focus on Google Ads, e-commerce growth, email newsletters, and revenue generation. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader to build and manage a team, chase new business opportunities, and grow professionally while driving measurable results for our company.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow revenue, with an emphasis on Google Ads campaigns, e-commerce performance, and email newsletters.
  • Create and manage email newsletters to inform customers about updates, promotions, and products, driving engagement and sales.
  • Manage daily operations of the marketing department, including scheduling campaigns, setting deadlines, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Build and lead a small marketing team, recruiting talent and delegating tasks to maximize efficiency.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities (e.g., partnerships, client outreach) to expand our customer base and revenue streams.
  • Provide daily updates to the COO on campaign progress, team performance, and key metrics (e.g., ROI, sales growth).
  • Optimize Google Ads campaigns (keyword selection, bid management, A/B testing) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, product) to align marketing efforts with company goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, learning new tools and techniques to keep our marketing cutting-edge.
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, adjusting strategies to improve performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in Google Ads (certification a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce marketing (e.g., BigCommerce, Shopify, Amazon, or similar platforms).
  • Experience creating email newsletters to engage customers and drive sales (familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills, with a track record of managing schedules and meeting deadlines.
  • Leadership experience or a demonstrated ability to build and motivate a team.
  • Hustle mentality—willing to chase business and seize growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills for daily reporting and team collaboration.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and grow professionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with additional tools like Google Analytics, SEO, or social media ads.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
