Position Summary:

  • Provide sales and marketing support to Marketing Manager. Assist with developing and coordination of marketing programs and projects to help ensure profitable sales and exclusive brand growth. Ability to complete projects and reports in an accurate and timely manner with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively work with internal departments and external vendors to provide sales support. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist with coordination and execution of key marketing activities including, but not limited to: marketing flyers, digital communications and sales promotions.
  • Run and prepare weekly, and as needed, marketing and sales related reports.
  • Help to lead internal communication efforts including: Opco Newsletter, maintain local SharePoint site, and overseeing employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in event planning of food shows, sales meetings, and employee events. Includes possible occasional local travel.
  • Complete graphic projects which may include editing flyer templates, newsletters, creating presentations, etc.
  • Oversee coordination of customer menu projects.
  • Communication with internal departments and external vendors on ongoing projects.
  • Performs special projects or administrative assistant tasks on an as-needed basis and other related duties as assigned.
