Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing a diverse range of marketing projects. Responsibilities include coordinating photo and video shoots across Evolution’s North American studios, managing industry events, contributing to product marketing efforts, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, effective collaboration abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

  • To assist with organizing photo and video shoots, including Game Presenter scheduling, liaising with the makeup artist, and organizing the shoot brief
  • To be present during shoots to assist with ad hoc matters
  • To assist with photo selection from photo shoots, review content, and share feedback about edited assets
  • To assist with asset organization, renaming files, and uploading content to the Client Area
  • Provide fact-checking, copy-editing, proof-reading and formatting assistance during the creation of presentations, marketing collateral, website content, and other promotional materials
  • Organise and plan the production of all major marketing materials by working closely with printers, publications, and other involved parties
  • Responsible for clerical duties such as helping to research and procure merchandise for global client branded giveaways, ensuring quality and arrival in a timely manner
  • Maintenance of the Client Area, including uploading and tagging all new assets
  • Monitoring merchandise stock and providing monthly insights and reports
  • To assist the Marketing Manager North America with ongoing projects
  • Manage, advise on, and deliver marketing requests from stakeholders, foster a strong relationship with internal stakeholders, third parties, agencies, and other partners where necessary
  • Contribute to an effective, efficient, and productive marketing department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies, and values are followed

Qualifications

  • Marketing/Business degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar marketing role in a B2B environment
  • Highly organized with project management skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized, structured, independent, and methodical
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a desire to learn
