And now POLO Handels GmbH offers the unique opportunity for an ambitious and self-motivated individual to work alongside our o Viennese team and become an important player in our business as:Marketing/Communication Manager(m/f/d)Your responsibilities:

• management of all the internal and external marketing/sales material of the company, incl. the website (plus analysis of SEO results and continuous improvement of the content and layout)
• management of the social media strategy overall and the implementation of content via various channels (including analysis)
• creation and compilation of training materials (in various formats handbooks, one-pager, videos webinars, etc.)
• further development of the internal communication with various tools (e.g. Intranet)
• creation, implementation and administration of mailing campaigns and surveys
• forming an important interface between the international sales team and the headquarters
• planning and organising marketing events e.g. exhibitions and conferences
• maintaining and developing brand and brand positioning
• coordinating sales and marketing activities between different divisions

Your profile includes:

• completed academic studies and several years of working experience in marketing and/or communication
• committed, flexible and enthusiastic personality
• a high degree of responsibility, motivation and self-organization
• fun to implement her/his own ideas and concepts within a professional environment
• excellent written and spoken English skills, other languages beneficial
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
