Marketing Associate – VIE Contract (W/M) in Toronto, Ontario

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission:

Marketing Associate – VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 01/09/2024

Responsibilities:

Brand Activation Strategy

• Provide support to the Senior Product Manage(s)r on the Go-to-market plan for on the launch of our product(s).

• Development of Core Value story for HCPs (health care products) and Lay Public.

• Support the Go to Market strategy.

• Define the various elements of the Brand Communication Plan.

• Tracking progress on the launch preparation.

Project Manager Taskforce

• Provide support to the Senior Product Manager(s) for upcoming launches as the Project Manager for pipeline launches.

• Bringing the right cross-function team together based on the stage of the launch process.

• Support the development of assumptions for the initial brand forecast.

• Collaborate with cross-functional team to develop stakeholders map.

• Track the progress of the pre-launch plan.

Development of Brand Materials and Omnichannel support

• Support the refinement of customer journeys based on insights and the development of holistic approach on disease and brand communication plan leveraging an omnichannel approach.

• Support the Product Manager(s) in the development of promotional materials in support of the brand strategy.

• Support the development of a robust communication plan for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key “MUST HAVE” competencies, skills & experiences:

• Master’s degree or equivalent.

• Experience in Pharmaceutical company or Scientific background is needed.

• Business planning skills.

• Proven experience in project leadership/management and project team contribution.

• Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word.

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Fluent French & English is a must.
