Time zone needed: MST
Holiday Adherence (UAE/UK/US/PH): US holidays.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an energetic and inquisitive Marketing Associate who has a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for advertising, digital marketing, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be proactive and resourceful, with the ability to seek out answers independently. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for success in this role.
About the role:
The Marketing Associate will be instrumental in supporting our digital marketing initiatives, focusing on managing and optimizing ad campaigns, conducting in-depth data analysis, and contributing to our overall marketing strategies. Key responsibilities will include executing paid ad campaigns, maintaining detailed spreadsheets for campaign tracking, and collaborating with the team on a range of digital initiatives. Additionally, the role may encompass secondary tasks such as SEO, AI-assisted copywriting, and content mapping.
Core Responsibilities:
Meetings & Communications:
- Meet with internal team members as well as directly with clients
- Receive and respond to emails from clients, as appropriate, once adequate training has been provided
- Be the primary point of contact when core team members are out of office
- Meet with representatives from Google, Microsoft, Linkedin, DSPs, etc as needed
Ad Campaign Management:
- Assist in the creation, monitoring, and optimization of PPC and SEM campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media, and DSPs.
- Create and actively manage ads, audiences, targeting variables
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Data Management and Analysis:
- Maintain detailed spreadsheets to track campaign performance, budget allocations, and KPIs.
- Use tools like Google Analytics and other marketing software to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize ad performance and ROI.
Content and Copywriting:
- Assist in writing compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing ads and marketing materials.
- Creating content maps and writing content with the help of LLMs like chatgpt
Market Research:
- Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to inform campaign strategies.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal and client presentations.
Document best practices and create guides for future marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Essential Requirement: Demonstrated expertise in spreadsheet management, including proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, along with strong data analysis skills.
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and various other PPC/SEM platforms is a must.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when assessing campaign performance and identifying data trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on delivering clear and concise messages.
- Highly motivated and inquisitive, possessing a natural aptitude for independently finding solutions to challenges.
