YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Corporate Strategy team is looking for a Market Intelligence Analyst to assist in strategic business development planning. The analyst will produce research, reporting, and analysis on Rosendin’s various market verticals within electrical construction, including data centers, manufacturing, healthcare, transportation, and commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will have excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, along with the ability to communicate insights broadly across teams

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on electrical construction verticals, including data centers, manufacturing, healthcare, transportation, and commercial buildings, and prepare regular reporting and analysis for market managers and senior leadership.

Strategic Thinking: Recognize emerging trends and key issues and propose risk solutions and actionable advice to further business objectives.

Industry Specialist: Serve as a data specialist and point of contact within the company, with the ability to answer regulatory questions and provide insights on market and policy developments in a timely manner.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Market Intelligence Analyst may travel periodically to other offices to interface with cross-functional teams within the company, along with industry conferences.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

MBA, engineering degree, or other advanced degree preferred

3-5 years of experience working in market research, consulting, electrical construction, or similar sector

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Excellent ability to put complex ideas into clear frameworks, use data to generate insights and recommendations

Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem solving

Comfortable interacting with senior business leaders

Team player able to effortlessly work with cross-functional teams

Experience and/or knowledge of the electrical construction industry, particular vertical market, or policy and regulatory landscape in the U.S. is preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS:

General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.

Noise level is usually low to medium.

Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.

Pay Range $72,100.00-$94,700.00 Annual

The pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Candidate’s pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
