Join Fortune 7 CVS Health as a Manager Scrum Master within the Clinical IT Solutions and Services organization. ScrumMaster provides servant-leadership and mentorship to a cross-functional agile team. This position will guide and serve a team that delivers technology solutions through effective application of Agile principles and frameworks. The Scrum Master will coach the team to create strong skills in self-organization, cross-functionality, collaboration, conflict resolution, transparency, and continuous improvement.Required Qualifications

• Accountable and manage delivery of business features for major and minor releases/implementations and ongoing maintenance of projects.
• Project scope typically impacts reporting, systems, product and strategic business processes as it relates to Clinical domain.
• Able to support and lead projects by creating project plans/timelines, identifying key milestones, and supporting/working with cross functional release trains
• Tracking progress of the project and reporting out to leadership and other impacted parties.
• Coordinated delivery for complex and integrated work across multiple stakeholders (Clinical IT, Enterprise IT partners , Vendor , Business PO/PM, Business Operations)
• Proactively evaluates project/program/production support activities, builds contingency plans, and executes corrective action on a timely basis to mitigate risks around scope, timeline, resources or budget variances
• Ensures that emerging or backlog of work is in alignment with business and technical objectives by thoroughly understanding the business drivers and outcomes, architectural approach and issues
• Customer-first orientation and strong passion for delivering quality products/tools, information and content supporting consumer needs
• Communicates effectively with all levels of leadership and teams across the program/organization; trusted leader who influences key decisions across the program work
• Understands, manages and reports the technical needs across clinical domain with individual projects
• Conduct PI planning for scrum team

Background/Experience Desired:

• 5-6 years of leadership experience, preferably in project and program management
• 2+ years of experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies
• 1+ years of experience working with Rally, or equivalent, managing boards and developing reports
• Proven success in meeting key performance indicators
• Consistent record of synthesizing information in a manner that drives effective execution across people, processes, and technology
• Demonstrated abilities to lead under pressure, adapt to changing dynamics, and find solutions that satisfy multiple stakeholders
• Strong time management skills, evidenced by experience being accountable to multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines
• Commitment to quality, while being able to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment
• Empathetic leader with a proven track record of building relationships with internal and external partners.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working experience in SAFE/Agile Methodology/Framework
• Adaptive and flexible in response to business priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adept in building strong cross functional relationships.
• Adept in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Teams, SharePoint.
• Knowledge of health care domain
• Attention to detail and working independently

High School DiplomaPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$63,300.00 – $139,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
