The Role

  • Continuing, Full Time
  • Level 8 – $102,582 to $116,115 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Wagga Wagga (other locations may be considered)

The Manager, Scholarships and Financial Support Services provides strategic leadership across Government funded programs, equity and merit-based scholarships and grants; and oversees finance support and advice for students.  The Manager plays an integral role in leading the university’s equity and participation programs and leads cross discipline projects.  The role also provides leadership of innovative developments in the provision of scholarships and equity funding to enhance the student experience.

To be successful you will have:

  • Extensive leadership experience with demonstrated capability in developing and driving initiatives.
  • Extensive skills and experience in leading financial operations for large government programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the use of inclusive approaches for the provision of services.
