About the Role:CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our growing team on-site (hybrid) in our Austin, TX office. We’re seeking driven, results-oriented managers who are ready to change the game!What You’ll Do:The Sales Development Manager is a front-line manager whose responsibilities include:Managing a team of 6-10 Sales Development RepresentativesCoaching reps on strategy and techniqueWorking with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hitPartnering with Regional Directors and Sales Managers on territory developmentWorking with Channel Account Mangers to drive business with our partnersWhat You’ll Need:1 year of experience as a SDR or sales team lead or manager
Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like DOMOTrack record of leading a successful teamExperience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environmentUnderstanding of the cybersecurity landscapeFast learner, motivated, driven, passionateBonus Points:Closing experience for a technology company#LI-JG1#LI-AB3 PandoLogic.
