In this role, you’ll lead a dynamic product development team in Villach and Munich, drive innovation in power design, and ensure efficient task delegation across the EU time zone.   • Lead a dynamic product development team in Villach and Munich, fostering collaboration and innovation
  • Delegate responsibilities efficiently across the EU time zone, ensuring urgent topics are addressed promptly
  • Develop and guide new design and verification methodologies, coordinating inputs for seamless execution
  • Foster strong connections with other teams, including Lab, Technology, IC Design, and Product Lines, to enhance collaboration and efficiency
  • Execute managerial tasks using tools like KLUSA and Pipelining to maintain project momentum and alignment
  • Champion new approaches to digital verification within the PSS division, contributing to Infineon’s cutting-edge advancements

  • An academic background in Electronics, Power, or GaN technology
  • At least 3 years of experience in product development, demonstrating a track record of successful projects
  • The spirit to drive projects forward – being ambitious, making timely decisions, and embracing roles and responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills to effectively lead and inspire your team
  • Additional skills in front-end (wafer level), back-end (final test) and component verification, failure analysis, and proficiency with design and verification tools such as Cadence
  • Fluency in English, with German language skills or a willingness to learn being a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf).
