Manager Quality Control (m/w/d)Job Purpose SummaryAs the Manager Quality Control, you will lead method development and validation projects while providing scientific support in development, quality cases, and process validation. You will oversee bio comparability testing, participate in qualification projects, and ensure guideline compliance. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and updating key QC documents and contributing to the continuous improvement of quality processes at the site. Your role will also involve supporting GMP quality control and collaborating on department-driven projects.What you will do

• leading various method development and method validation projects in QC
• provide scientific support in development projects, quality cases (changes, deviations) and (process)validation projects
• leading bio comparability testing
• Participation in validation / qualification projects in QC
• Support Guideline compliance
• Creation and updating of quality control documents (SOPs, Specifications, Methods, etc.)
• Participate in projects by order of the department management.
• Participation in the further development and improvement of quality processes at the site.
• GMP quality control support.

What you will need

• Completed scientific/technical education (academic degree) preferably in the field of protein-chemistry, biology or biotechnology.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar function.
• High level of initiative, high quality awareness and effective communication skills.
• Excellent command of English and German (written and oral).
