The Manager, Enterprise Growth Marketing & Operations is responsible for contributing to the Digital Marketing team’s success by leveraging multiple digital channels and buying platform capabilities. The incumbent will be responsible for the development and execution of holistic paid media programs, including social, search and display to drive unit sales, revenue and growth. This role is ideal for someone who views experiences holistically through a customer-centric lens, is data-driven and digitally savvy, loves balancing multiple stakeholders, and can switch quickly from strategic thinking to tactical execution to drive exceptional business results.The incumbent will also be responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the lead lifecycle automation program.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Be the Paid Media subject matter expert with well-rounded knowledge across all digital channels, specifically social, search and display.

  • Tie paid acquisition efforts into overall holistic omni-channel strategy.

  • Stay up to date with digital advertising industry, best practices and capabilities.

  • Make recommendations on new ideas and testing opportunities.

  • Identify trends, training and coaching opportunities for the team to improve their digital buying skills.

  • Lead the development of Paid Media Acquisition strategy across all digital channels to drive unit sales.

  • Contribute to overall squad efforts to achieve forecasted sales and revenue goals.

  • Execute paid media strategy in platform, track budgets and optimize for performance.

  • Manage ad copy creation and ad approvals across all channels.

  • Partner with customer journey managers, content specialists, SEO specialists and ecommerce team to improve page relevancy, page content, customer experience, and digital sales performance.

  • Work with business line partners and squad team members to achieve business objectives.

  • Partner with Analytics team to develop dashboard and verify data.

  • Responsible for the Marketo platform and the sync with Microsoft Dynamics

  • Ensure maintenance and integrity of the lifecycle automation and marketing data by identifying and investigating inefficiencies and errors

  • Oversee the onboarding of new integrated technologies, ensuring seamless transition and flow of data

  • Consult on Marketo access and user audits

  • Support procurement with the renewal of the Marketo platform

  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continued involvement in new projects that may impact the existing lead ecosystem and workflows. Consult on best path forward.

  • Act as primary contact for all Marketo users to support with troubleshooting, respond to questions and continue to communicate about best practices and process

  • Oversee the updating and creation of forms and form fields in Marketo

  • Responsible for fulfilling requests for marketing lists

  • Liase with marketing managers and other partners to understand requirements and pull data accurately

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • Solid understanding of performance marketing channels, technology and analytics that is also current with an ever-changing digital landscape.

  • Experience working in Marketo (or a similar marketing automation platform) building complex, multi-layered smart campaign workflows and/or managing a lead lifecycle and scoring program

  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills and high level of strategic thinking.

  • Superior writing, research, presentation and project management skills.

  • Ability to manage, collaborate and/or influence cross-functional groups, team members and senior stakeholders, both based within Canada as well as outside of the market.

  • Broad understanding of and passion for the sports and fashion/entertainment industry not required but an asset.

  • College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field.

  • 3-5 years’ industry and / or relevant work experience

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as: Marketo, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Display & Video 360 (DV360), Google Campaign Manager 360 (DCM), Search Ads 360, Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio), Microsoft Power BI

  • Adobe Marketo Certified Expert certification is an asset.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics an asset.

  • English Language is must and French proficiency is an asset.

  • Experience working with International Markets is an asset.
