- As a Data Quality Manager you oversee day to day data quality activities for several international buying departments
- You are responsible for driving data quality improvement measures to meet global KPIs
- You successfully lead, coordinate and develop a team of master data specialists
- You take co-responsibility for evolving the current team setup from project working mode towards a steady state
- Participating in global projects to represent data quality stakes for several international buying departments is part of your tasks
- Beyond that, you develop and manage relationships within the global ALDI data quality community
Your ProfileThe requirements of the role include:
- As a Data Quality Manager you have completed your studies in the field of IT, business administration / informatics, economics, or similar
- You have got several years of professional experience within the field of master data management and / or data quality
- Analytical and strategic thinking as well as conceptual competence sets you apart
- You are in the driver seat for your topics with a high degree of assertiveness and a focus on continuous improvement
- You are experienced in handling the PC (especially MS Office)
- You are experienced in managing and developing employees
- As a leader, you possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- You are fluent in the English, German skills would be an advantage
- You are comfortable working in an environment with dynamic processes, projects and concepts with various stakeholders across hierarchies and countries
