Are you ready to make an impact?West Monroe is seeking a Manager with expertise in Treasury Management and/or Consulting within the Financial Services industry to join our Banking & Credit Unions Practice. As a part of our expanding Treasury Management team, you will play a key role in executing engagements that focus on business and technology related initiatives. These include areas such as sales optimization, operational efficiency, platform strategy, customer engagement enhancements, mergers and acquisitions activity, TM product assessments and TM risk controls. In this role, you will assist Clients by developing operating models and cost optimization strategies, while also implementing technologies, platforms, data strategies all while supporting related change management processes.Drawing from your experience with Treasury Management and Commercial Banking, you will tailor solutions to help clients achieve a competitive advantage in their markets. Additionally, you will work closely with business and technology executives to address critical industry challenges, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to the growth of the practice while advancing your career at one of the best places to work.Responsibilities:

• Serve as Project Manager and Treasury Management subject matter specialist for financial services engagements focused on improvement to business process and technology
• Source project needs, scope and plan out new projects, and identify needed staffing
• Support business development and RFP pursuits including driving proposal creation, pricing scenarios, and oral presentations
• Drive the development and enhancement of West Monroe’s methodologies and approaches to client delivery and provide thought leadership for internal practice development
• Coach and manage other consultants and participate actively in the performance expectation process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience required
• 5-10 years Treasury Management experience from industry and/or consulting work. For this role, we need it to be specific to TM so we can strike the Commercial Banking (that actually will come with it) and risk/regulatory compliance (that could as well).

• Strong communication skills to be able to work with Client representatives at all levels
• Candidates must be eligible to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred:

• MBA, or industry certification with a focus in banking/treasuty management
• Experience with industry-leading Core Deposit Core Systems including FIS, Fiserv, and/or Jack Henry
• Experience with Commercial Online Banking Platforms (OLB) including, but not limited to Bottomline, Q2, Fiserv, FIS, Backbase & Temenos.
• Solutions experience or certification with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics prefered
• Experience with emerging technologies related to data, AI, and machine learning desired

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is . Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
