Management Services Administrator/PA Grade 5

The University of Liverpool Management School (ULMS) is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Management Services Administrator/PA. You will be a key member of the Management Services team, providing executive support for senior managers, operations administration, reception support and committee servicing. You must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to work flexibly.  Strong administration skills are essential as you will be contributing to a high performing team. You will be expected to work effectively using your own initiative and to work collaboratively with colleagues across the University. You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above including English Language (or equivalent qualification/experience). The post is available for 2 years, working 35 hours per week, full-time. Due to specific responsibilities the role will be campus-based 5 days per week.
